THREE YEARS ago Meaghan posted our first blogpost ever. This blog started as a wedding blog to keep out of town guests and out of town wedding party members abreast of what was happening with the planning (and to keep Meaghan distracted during her 2L year of law school).
A funny thing happened while blogging about the wedding, we realized (Erik vicariously through Meaghan) that this blogging thing is fun. It's a great way to get our life events out there and keep loved ones up to date as well as memorialize all the happenings and photos.
Since starting the blog, We've lived in 3 apartments and in 3 different states (about to go to our 4th of both!). Meaghan became an attorney and Erik got his Ph.D. (Drs. Nelson in the house! woo woo!!). Meaghan started and quit her supposed "dream" job. Erik worked at Hahvahd and will be working at what could be his dream job. We traveled to Spain and Napa Valley and Cleveland. And now we are moving across the country.
We hope to continue to entertain you and seek your support. And don't worry, guys. The Scavenger Hunts will continue, NorCal style. :)
